Allison Fink grew up in Maryland and graduated from Hood College in Frederick, MD with a BS in Math/Computer Science. In 1988, she relocated to the Shenandoah Valley to work for Hershey Chocolate. Allison is currently the VP of Executive Administration and a part of the senior management team at DuPont Community Credit Union. In her position Allison partners closely with the CEO, Senior Management, Board of Directors and volunteer committees. As part of her role, she also supports DCCU strategic initiatives and corporate charity. Lifelong learning, organizing around a purpose, community service, and leadership development are important to Allison. While Allison has spent a majority of her career in the credit union industry, she also has experience in manufacturing, education, and entrepreneurship. Allison enjoys hospitality, baking, gardening, and crafting of all sorts. She is an active member of the Waynesboro Kiwanis Club and Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church. Allison has three grown children and lives with her husband Randy in Waynesboro.
